Hey guys I'm a elementalist since the day I started to play Guild Wars, and I love the concept of being a elementalist, it's just great fun nuking.

Anyway I used to love going as a nuker to FoW and to other farming places (it doesnt matter which) I simply had a great time doing what I love the most

being a cool and powerful male elementalist was great fun! It still is but...

In these days I feel like that pleasure was taken away from me and the other elementalist players by Ursan Bleesing (no this is not another hate Ursan threat) I'm just showing my disappointment cause it's getting harder and harder to find any team to have a good time like the old days, which was so fun. And this is so bad to the game. Anyway I think that I am not the only pearson that thinks like this, so do you agree?

Meh. Eles never were the best damage-dealers. It's just now, scrub teams have gone from using eles to kill shit to Ursan to kill shit.

Just join a guild that doesn't only Ursan and you're right, though.

eles are awesome and Ursan is just boring. im having the same problem as you with my war though, cant find a party unless its ursanway. it sucks

ps. your english is pretty good compared to some other people on these forums

Ima take a guess and say that *gasp* Warriors were and always are? I would love to have a Warrior, but I can't get past the 2 pips of regen, it's like a wierd pet peeve that I just can't understand.

A warrior can have 1 pip and still experience nearly no energy issues.

In PvE a good mix between warriors/paragons generally speaking. There are other powerful sources of DPS such as a Mobeius/DB Sin

im right there with the OP. been playin ele since i got the game, love em to death, but now all i can see is ursans and HB monks doin HM FoW clear. so ive been soloing alot, and doin a few things with the guild. its definitly harder to get into a decent PuG in ToA w/o r10

QFT. Paragons are highly underrated IMO and have high DPS.

Decent pug? has pug changed since i last pugged a year ago now?
i have just been 2maning fow with my friend and finding that it owns big time and is easier than working with pugs who bitch at eachother for 50 min about whos fault it is

I remember when i first got this game and rolled an ele ^_^
Picking up teams was a breeze and we used to get lots done, there wasnt much flaming other players or rage quitters back then.

A few months back i made a necro in prophecies again, and finding good teams is hard..luckily i own a guild that are more than happy to help me, but the community has definatly changed.

I used to do missions for people for the fun of it...now if i do that and something goes wrong i get called a noob and when it does get completed i get no thanks.

So i just stick to my guild these days.

As for teams to complete say UW or Fow and DOA....well i cant find any unless its ursanway which is a shame.

I am not too sure what has changed...titles have always been in play since day one...granted there are a lot more now and the HOM and HM.

Well OP if you want to have some nuking fun pm me ingame and im sure we could go do something the old fashioned way xDD

lol well i meant a decent pug for modern GW times. a decent pug now is ppl that argue for 50 min until they wipe in the spider cave. but with ursan, i cant even get that now, thats all i was sayin. i solo almost everywhere, its just nice to have ppl around, even if they bicker to no ends.

Ele is my main char and i think eles kinda fail these days. Eles were fine in nightfall, anet gave us sf and mb. Then anet nerfed sf, well, eles were still fine. Then eotn came, anet didnt like sf eles so anet made them fail (destroyers, charrs with extinguish etc.). Then eles started to use mb + rodgorts thing, everything was fine until anet decided to nerf that one also. (Ok it still works, but is nothing compared to other professions dmg.) So, what we have now: sf which works in certain areas (not eotn), mb + rodgorts which works somehow and 3 other element lines which have never been viable. Only thing i find good is wards tbh, they save the day sometimes. Maybe anet should do something... tho it doesnt matter as long as ursan imbanezz is here.

Elly is my main and I always complain about ursan because firstly I dont have nor do I need it, and secondly, everyone including my guild and previous alliance only does ursan way for elite areas and vanquishes. Although today I monked in an ursan fow group, and it does get me to the end chest very fast. But my elly is obsolete now in PVE and has been replaced for Ursan.
